• Deliver Seller BINSR repair receipts to you, no later than three days prior to the close of escrow
• Schedule and attend Buyer inspection of negotiated Seller BINSR Repairs
• Schedule and attend Buyer final walkthrough
• Schedule and attend your signing of escrow documents.
• Coordinate Seller move-out with your move-in. Salvation Army donations/pickup
• Upon confirmation of recording, deliver to you your keys to your new home!
