The average sales price for Single Family Detached Tempe homes for sale in July 2010 as compared to the previous month is DOWN to $201,701 while the average sales price for Tempe Condos/Town homes/Lofts for sale is UP to $142,514.
Tempe real estate market has improved and is a Seller's market with a 5.2 month supply of unsold Tempe homes based upon the current absorption rate and the average days on market of 3.3 months. The fact prices for attached and detached Tempehomes for Sale are up over last month and have nearly returned to where they were a year ago portends well for Tempe real estate.
